I think I may have had implantation bleeding. I spotted for 3 days about 8 days before my period was due. There was blood only when I wiped and I had cramping really strong in my stomach about a hour before the spotting came. I am currently waiting for my period. It is 2 days late...BUT it was 3 days late last month so I'm trying to keep hope that it doesn't come. Also, I have had hard fluttering in my stomach by my left ovary for a week now. Hoping that's a good sign too. I read that a fluttering stomach could mean that the uterus is stretching for the baby to grow. Baby dust to you!

I thought I was starting my period early.  I started cramping and spotting about 5 days before my period was due.  I had 2 preg tests that I wanted to get rid of so I took one 3 days later and to my surprise it was positive.
