Could I be having a boy?

Question

Today im 13 weeks pregnant. The sonographer showed me what looked like a very prominent penis on the ultrasound and said , "we can't usually tell this early but this one is clear!" And said it was a little boy.

Could it really be true that he could tell so early?

I found out at 13 weeks at a private gender scan, everyone told me that's wayyy to early and I'm crazy if I believed it. Well sure enough I'm almost 32 weeks and it's still a boy! Private gender scans are mainly more correct because that's all they do all day, the ultrasounds you get at the office are more about measurements and stuff like that, they could care less about the gender of your baby. The place I went for my private scan said if the gender changes from what they thought then I get my money back, at 13 weeks they were that damn sure. I can add though that I have 4 girls and none of them looked anything like his little parts at that age. You could see them clear as day! Good luck

I was told at 12 weeks that his penis was there and they said they couldn't confirm yet. It was confirmed at like 18 weeks I'm now 32 weeks and still defiantly a boy!

I don't know.. Little girl parts can be so swollen that they get mistaken for swollen boy parts, I'd wait until your 16/20 week appointment to be sure!

I would wait a few more weeks to confirm. This girl I now has 2 girls and pregnant with her 3rd and when she went in at 13 weeks she was told boy and then later at her anatomy scan she was told a girl

I found out at 13 weeks that my son was a boy. I waited until it was confirmed at 17 weeks to buy anything though. :)

I was told at 14 weeks with my twins and as of my 20 week anatomy scan they were both still boys! Lol
