Thinning eyelashes and eyebrows

I've noticed in the past few weeks my eyelashes and eyebrows have been thinning! It's freaking me out that now I have to fill my once thick eyebrows and mascara no longer does anything for my eyelashes! Did any mommies have the same issue? Is it temporary? Any advice or remedies?
