clear skin?

So I need help I never had perfect clear skin but it was never like this. What do you guys think I should try I have very sensitive dry skin and I currently use aveno face wash and moisturizer but doesn't seem to be helping. I also don't wear foundation or cover up so don't understand why my face is like this. Should I try exfoliating or something that cleans pores. What do you ladies use to have a flawless skin. Thanks in advance for reading.

Mix half apple cider vinegar and half water and save the mixture in the fridge, honestly it's the only thing that's ever gotten rid of my black heads, AND my zits in one go. Be careful though, I use it full strength, and wash my face off with water right away, and I'm fine, but with sensitive skin you might notice it's peeling effects a lot more. 
If I use it full strength and don't wash it off within a minute, my face goes red everywhere I rubbed with ac vin,  like I just had a mini peel ☺️

All I use on my skin is a bar of original dove soap and I swear by it. I use to have acne and tried all sorts of soaps and literally this has been the best thing for my skin!

Get a good cleanser specifically for sensitive skin and a good toner. You can use witch hazel. Find a light moisturizer also specific to sensitive skin. Drink lots of water and maybe even try a shot of apple cider vinegar every other day. If you have a good skin care regimen it's more than likely your diet.
