Please help. I only have 3 days

Okay so 5 days ago, I took a pill 4 hours late. A little while before that I missed one and took it the next day. Other than that, I've been perfect use. Me and my bf had sex today. He felt he was about to come. Pulled out. Came, and we realized the condom broke. He knows he pulled out, but doesn't know where the come went. He pushed the condom off, not touching any come. Then paraonidly pulled out all the fluid in my vagina with his fingers (could have been mine). We wiped my vagina off. And then we talked about what happened. Do you think I have a high chance of being pregnant? And do you think I should take plan B? No harsh comments and only answer those two questions.
