Headache cures?

Anyone have suggestions for managing headaches without tylenol? I've been getting headaches every day and if I try to take tylenol, I throw up.

There's a couple headache apps you can listen to on your phone which I've had limited success with. Sudafed (which was cleared by my doc) could help if you can keep it down. Hot compress on forehead or neck. Try a warm bath or even just soaking hands and feet in warm water. Get someone to give you an upper back and hand massage (pressure points on hand- particularly between thumb and index finger - you can hold this one yourself). Eat a carb to boost your blood sugar. A bit of caffeine if you're not abstaining during pregnancy. Wear sunglasses or sit in dark room and try to relax. . . Something might help but might not. I get migraines so I know it's tough and headaches can come from and be helped/not helped by almost anything. Good luck!

I get migraines something terrible... It usually helps me to soak my feet in hot water & apply a very cold compress to the back of my neck at the same time (like a bag of frozen peas). I think something about the combo of hot & cold helps circulate the blood. After that I lay down with a cold rag over my eyes & try to take a little nap... I usually feel a lot better by the time I wake up! Also, rubbing peppermint oil on your temples will help (although I have read mixed things about using essential oils in early pregnancy...)

You may want to try a chiropractor or a massage therapist. There could be something out of place, something being pinched, or whatever. I've had to do it before. It did help a lot.

I was getting migraines every few days a couple weeks ago. I used cold compresses, drank a cup of caffeine and also found saline solution spray helped. My headaches tend to mess with my sinuses. Anytime I feel it coming I used the spray. Good luck, I know how miserable you feel!

The only thing that helps me is taking a nap, but that can be difficult when I work 8 hours a day. I've had an almost constant headache for two weeks now and Tylenol doesn't even make a dent for me so I don't even bother with it now 😔
