How do i convince my parents on letting me get my lip pierced?

I've been talking to my parents about getting another piercing...they keep saying no and I don't know how to convince them, any ideas?

Say you'll pay for it, my mom didn't care if I got my nose pierced but I paid for it. Maybe show them you're mature enough for another piercing by cleaning up around the house without being asked or doing your chores when they ask you to lol hope it helps

Approach them in an educated fashion; know why you want to get it done, plan how to make it happen, with your own money. Think about a used car salesman or the lady at the bra shop. They wont be very good at selling their products if they can't get you to relate to it. Your parents are your potential customer, how would you sell them your product/perspective. You have to make it about something they can relate to. Read up on the power of persuasion, its as simple as google. Its a skill that will serve you throughout your life. Practice on your friends and see how it goes, when you're ready, approach your parents.
