So i was sitting at work, and i got an excrutiating pain on my left side seemingly in my ovary. I went to the bathroom and it hurt like hell to try and pee. Not like uti but when i tried to relax to pee the pain got sharper. I went outside because it took my breath away, and it faded out after about 15 minutes. Ive had ovarian cysts before, but the pain is much greater and last longer. I had sex 3 times in my fertile window. Having heavy cm as well.
