Tww craziness

So here I am in the tww 7dpo looks like my chart has gone triphasic. Tmi..... I have sore nipples and since ovulation i have had stretchy cm on and off like ewcm but it is more white and creamy. I have never had a chart like this or this ridiculous cm. Does all this sound promising or am I crazy?
