What could that mean? I just had sex and then went pee and there was a bunch of fertile discharge which is normal when I ovulate but there was also blood in it?

Since it was after sex it might just be cm from sex. Which will not tell you fertility. The blood could be that sex was a little rough down there and something tore

Could be ovulation spotting which is normal its just the egg releasing from the ovary
