Is music a sleep crutch?
My daughter is 19 weeks and I'm currently working on sleep training with her. She goes to bed without a fight at night, but she fights her naps pretty hard. This morning when I was trying to get her to back to sleep, out of curiosity, I turned some music on (she has a sound machine that plays white noise and music). She listened to it in her crib for about 10 minutes; not crying or whining but just listening, and then fell asleep. I switched it to her white noise and she's been napping for over an hour. Do y'all think I'm creating a sleep crutch by doing this? She put herself to sleep, but obviously with the music playing, so not sure what to think.
