Acid reflux
Cycle day 5 on my period and I'm experiencing such bad acid reflux 😟 Is acid reflux common for any of you? I hardly ever get it. I didn't eat anything acidic or greasy/anything before bed last night. No tums in our home, any other remedies to help symptoms subside?Â
