Dreaming about being pregnant?

I had a dream last night that was so vivid I could smell and see everything clearly, it was like I wasn't even asleep. I was pregnant and close to the end of term and everyone was so excited in my family. It was amazing but when I woke up I was really really sad because I'm not even sure if I'm ovulating let alone pregnant, and it's been almost two years of trying. Do you guys dream about being pregnant?
