Robitussin to help increase CM?

So I went to a new OBGYN the other day and was talking about different things that may help when TTC. The one thing she mentioned that I had never heard before was to take a dose of Robitussin each day of your fertile week to increase your cervical mucus. Has anyone ever heard of this or tried it? I think I'll give it a shot next time.
