My OB told me he wouldn't induce for another two weeks (I'm 40+1) so I haven't gotten my hopes up too much about seeing baby anytime soon - I'm 3cm, 50% effaced and thinned out but haven't had much progress in the last while. Well, today at my appointment my OB must have been in a good mood because he asked me if I wanted a membrane sweep! Of course I said yes and have been spotting, crampy and VERY happy ever since!

I know that I could still make it to an induction with a membrane sweep, and it could do absolutely nothing but it could also do something and I could have my baby sooner than I thought and that's so exciting! Please send labor vibes 🙏😁
