Bleeding after masterbation

I was masterbating earlier today and I noticed blood on my fingers. It wasn't period blood, it was like...I had scratched myself. But, I didn't feel like I had been hurt.

I read online that it could be birth control or if you don't regularly orgasm after. I am not on birth control nor do I orgasm... I'd also like to add that I'm virgin, but I do masterbate a lot.

If anyone knows what's happening and if I should go talk to my mom, please let me know. I'm really freaking out.
