At first it hurts and you'll leak, but after your body adjusts you'll be fine

Last thing I would do at night was feed baby. If I would wake up middle of the night (son slept through the night early) I'd get up and pump as much as I could then go back to sleep and wake up and feed him. It helped with the pressure and also helped build a freezer stash.

Yes, if they start getting too sore and she's not awake, I get up and pump for like 5 mins to release the pressure..

My son goes back and fourth. He will sleep from 8:pm-5am some nights and 8pm-3am other nights and I have been fine both times.
