When to call Dr about blood pressure?

Sasha
Ok so yesterday I went to the drs. The medical assistant took my blood pressure. First off, I've had my suspicions about her not doing it right and just acting as if she was doing it and then giving me a number close to what it was last visit. If anyone knows how to take blood pressure manually, you know that if you let the air out too fast, the needle drops and there's no way you can get an accurate reading. And what's fishy is before she told me what my BP was she looked at the computer screen as if she was looking to see what my BP was last visit. Said 110/70 which was almost the exact same as last time. I brushed it off bc I wasn't in the mood to argue. I just took my glucose test and was feeling yucky. SO here's my point of this post. Today I was at the pharmacy and they had one of those blood pressure stations. So I said what the hell, let's see how my BP is. Mind you today I've done nothing but relax. I drove to the store and went straight to the pharmacy. My BP the first time was 142/82 the second time was 150/80. So my BP is high. My question is, when do I contact my drs office to let them know? I plan on going back tomorrow to see if it's still high. Should I wait until then to see what it is? Thank you for your input. I've never had high BP problems so I'm a little worried.
