I feel like my baby wants to push my insides out!

I am 25 weeks tomorrow and I feel very uncomfortable. Like I am going to burst! My belly has grown so much in the last couple of weeks! I am really happy for the baby but I can't help but feel miserable. Hemorrhoids and vaginal swelling...not a very nice combination!!! Tmi...sorry!
