POSTPARTUM BODY DRAMA
Hi Everyone!
So, I am third time mommy to our first baby girl! I should be so excited and I am HOWEVER, my body isn't bouncing back like I would have hoped. My two boys, I had when I was so much more younger and I have struggled with weight since I was little so of course when I was at my thinnest I got pregnant 😩. I only gained 35lbs but man does this suck.. I was looking at workouts to lose the baby weight and it said to workout 5 days out of the week and I nearly wanted to throw my phone, who has the time and energy for that!!! Between breastfeeding the baby or feeding or cleaning after the family, I am lucky if I don't pass out by 9!!! I just wanted to rant freely because this day in age it is so hard not to compare yourself to anyone whether it be on social media or television. There is so much pressure to be this or that.. Anyone else feeling me on this or naw? Lol
