Horrible cramps 😦
I'm on a 3 month birth control pill, and for the past two period cycles I've had I get debiliatating cramps. Like they're so bad I can't move for hours. It usually only happens for a day or two. I have an appointment for the OB next week, but is there anything that I can do to help make it better now (besides medicine😅)?
