who do you think killed Jonbenet Ramsey?

Lately there's been a lot of coverage on the Jonbenet Ramsey case. This is something I've heard about since it happened so I'm sure others have too. After watching all the coverage and investigation shows recently I strongly believe the parents or brother did it OR at least had knowledge of it/staged it for some reason. What does everyone else think?

In a perfect world if the murderer was found or in my case if you believe the parents or family did it and they finally confessed to doing it for some reason, could they even be tried and charged since it's been soo many years?

I think her brother Burke killed her and the parents helped cover it up so they wouldn't lose both of their children.

I thought it was the parents/brother at first but then I saw a documentary recently where they found DNA that didn't match any of them, the string wrapped around her neck didn't come from anything in the house, and there was a suitcase that wasn't theirs in the basement. I'm on the fence because the whole case was handled so poorly and her body was moved and the crime scene contaminated.

I can't believe how many people are saying it was her nine year old brother. He was never even a suspect, do you know anything about the case? Have you seen the intricate knot that was tied to strangle her? It has been proven that it wouldn't have even been physically possible for him to do it. What about the sex offender that was arrested with jonbennets picture in his wallet? What about the man breaking into another house not long after and attacking a little girl? The Ramsey's didn't kill their child, and neither did Burke.
