Late Period

So with my first pregnancy my period was 3 days late and I got a positive on a preg test. Now I'm 3 days late again and got a negative on a preg test! Has anyone else experienced this and been pregnant?!?!? I'm not sure really how to feel like about this. Just really wish my period would start or I would get a positive test! Ugh
