sciatic pain relief please!
Almost 30 weeks pregnant and having terrible sciatic nerve pain! Can't get comfortable and when I do and try to move it's terrible. Gonna try to get into a chiropractor soon but until then I desperately need some relief. Anyone have any home remedies or anything that help them?
