This is my first time having a period at school, I'm sooooooo nervous!!! Anyone got any tips? Please!!

check pad or tampon as much as you feel the need to, if you have bad cramps or headaches try bringing some type of pain killers, take them lowkey though becuase most schools ban them.

I always keep an "emergency kit" with tampons, pads, aspirin, etc in a cute makeup bag.  Sooo less embarrassing to take to the bathroom and no one has to know!

Tampons or pads in your pockets or a sweatshirts pockets and carry a sweater with you cuz if stuff goes bad you can tie it around your waist to hide any accidents

Change whenever you feel nessacary but it's a lot easier to go when your teacher is a guy because they don't want to hear about your period because they thinks it's gross so they'll let you go no questions asked. Girl teachers might say no but you don't have to say anything after that just give her the wide eyes 😳 face and she'll figure it out and let you go.
