Hey guys, recently I've felt very uncomfortable with my body, being too big and stuff, and convincing myself that my weight is the reason why I can't get a boyfriend + the lack of booty, I was wondering if you guys could leave your workout schedule or something to help? Also I don't have a gym membership so preferably something I can do at home, I have a bicycle machine at home but that's all, any help will be useful, ALSO motivation tips! I need motivation 😂
