I am having to move back to Delaware. I have not had a job since the beginning of August. I eill be staying with a friend until i can get into my own place. But i will have no proof of income or proof of addresss. Would i still be able to qualify and receive medicaid food stamps and wic? And would they accept a verification of my pregnancy thats noted out of state? I know once i move my VA medicaid wont cover me in DE and i have 6 days to get it all figured out before i move back
