Why did she think this was ok?
Is it ok (sarcasm to the is it ok) to put your 3 month old in a car seat front facing on the floor of a mini van with just the seat belt wrapped around the handle? And then to leave your 3 month old in the bath room floor in the car seat of a public place by the bathroom door why you are in the car stall?
