Ultrasound showed yolk sac but no baby!!

Hi ladies,

I'm really in need of honest advice. I went for an ultrasound today due to ongoing spotting/bleeding. I thought I was 6 weeks but gestational sac measured 5+ weeks and there was a tiny yolk sac but no fetal pole. Is this a sign of missed miscarriage or is there hope for me yet?
