AI2 Cloth Diapers

After doing a lot of research, I think I mainly want to use AI2 (all-in-two) cloth diapers. Does anyone have any favorite brands? Can you use pretty much any insert even if made by a different company than the waterproof shell?

Also, has anyone tried the Duo Wrap by Thirsties? I think I like it because the shell can be used for inserts or fitted diapers and I am thinking I'll use fitted diapers until my baby is a little bigger.

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
