does anyone have endometriosis?

Question

I've now learned about endo, and I'm freaking out about the possibility of having it.

Can anyone explain it more and their symptoms? 
My doctor has never brought it up or discussed it with me when I talked about TTC.

I know I have regular periods right on the dot, mild cramping the first day of my period and then nothing until the next first day. 
Normal bleeding every month and a period lasting of only five days.

I know it can be mistaken for IBS which I do have... 
can anyone ease my mind here?

Update: I did have pretty strong cramps in my lower back this last cycle. But I'm linking it to a possible early miscarriage though.

I have mild endo along with pcos i have a regular 28 day cycle had a laprascope in january and they burnt some of it away i would say i have a more painfull ovulation than i do period pain but it depends wot stage u got it mild moderate or severe i was told mild isnt really to much of a concern as some women have it and dont kno cuz they get pregnant but as far as i kno they like you to be pregnant of you have endo as it stops the tissue growing

I have endometriosis when my period starts sometimes it's like I have the flu things going out both ends, sweating like crazy, fever, worst pain ever, period has huge blood clots and sometimes is not regular.

does anyone have endometriosis?
