Because during my ultrasound one sac didn't have life and was in my lower abdomen while the other mustve been alive because the Ultrasound lady was like are u sure a miscarriage look this bby is pissing and you can see it goinf. Into ur bladder so any ideas and she also did a radioactive like idk I forgot but that baby had body heat attached to it
