Problems

I was supposed to have my first ultrasound on monday but the machine wasn't working so the dr said thats fine we'll just wait until your next appoinment, which was fine with me until i found out my fiance is going to be in Canada for 4 days starting the day before my ultrasound. I have family history of ectopic pregnancy and so many other complications. I also have my own uteran medical problems, cysts and endometreosis. I was told it would be alot harder for me to get pregnant than it was, but here i am, and now i am terrified that i'm going to find out something is wrong with the baby the weekend that my fiance is gone, and i wont be able to contact him for the whole weekend because his phone company does not support Canada plans. I am so scared and i dont know what to do.
