Menstrual Cup ???

Question

I'm considering trying out a menstrual cup. Any opinions on them? Does anyone know of the best brand?

I'm a newbie, so I could use some experienced advice.

I bought a Diva cup yesterday for the first time and it is Amazing!!! Regret not getting it sooner.

I've been using a yuuki cup, (soft, size small) for nearly a year and I really -really- prefer it over other flow management options. If you are able, look up precious stars pads on YouTube. I learned everything I needed from her and was able to make my decision from that. Best of luck!

I was super nervous about using one, it is a little strange at first. But once you get it down it is a WORLD of difference!! I have a Diva cup, and honestly I am sort of mad I haven't been using it forever!

I am in love with my blossom cup.

My advice: don't give up if you don't get the hang of it initially. Watch some YouTube videos, and relax. Originally, I used coconut oil to practice getting the hang of inserting it. Also, don't be afraid that you'll "lose" it up there. It suctions to the walls and won't get lost.
