Advice please

So yesterday, doctor felt her head and said shes really low and could come anyday.. ive had contractions all day and now when i have them i have a "weird" feeling i cant describe it like in my vagina. Is this normal?? Should i go to er? Please help!! Oh im 33w 4 days
