After having to do an emergency c section because she was breech and had low fluid my beautiful Kinsley May has arrived. In a lot of pain between the cramping and incision site.. what did you c section momma do to help? How long does the pain last? What's the recovery time? Anything to help speed it along? FTM here and was not expecting a c section as I was suppose to be going in tomorrow night for a cervical induction!
