*TMI* What kind of CM is this? Help! *TMI*

I had my period on the 7th-14th of this month. A little longer than normal. And eve says my fertile window will end in 2 days. I had protected sex on Sunday the 17th, and the 6th. He was wearing a condom and did not finish. On the 17th, we were having sex, and switching to anal, and the condom popped during insertion. But again, did not finish. I don't usually have much CM. But I've noticed some within the past two days. It's kind of yellow or clear ish and is stretchy. What does this mean?
