Did any other momma with May babies get postpartum depression?

Yes. I have/had it really bad. I was open with my dr about it,  I'm on medication and I see a therapist now. It's helping some, life was total hell for me. It was unbearable,  I felt like I couldn't go on most days and I'd have anxiety and panic attacks and just sob and sob. My family helped me a lot, they are extremely supportive. I've been honest about it from the start with my dr and family so I felt that helped me out some. It's very difficult to go through and I don't think it's talked about enough in our society. You are not alone and this will not last forever. I promise. Talk to your doctor about it.
