18 weeks pregnant n just feeling fat

Im 18weeks with baby no. 4. I weigh 80kgs and im classified as obese. My tummy is getting bigger but it's just so flabby and it doesnt look like a pregnant belly. It's just so different to my other pregnancies. Starting off overweight sucks. I just feel so sad plus I havent yet felt baby move or even any butterfly sensations which I felt with my last 3.
