some one help please I need answers :(

So they did my blood work about a month ago and came back positive for varicella. I went to the doctor Tuesday and they called me yesterday that it came back positive again so now I have to go to a high risk doctor and of course I got on google and googled what can happen and I'm super sad. I just want to know if anyone's going through this? Or have gone through this?
