when to take breast milk supplements?

I want to make sure my milk production is great before baby comes so could I take supplements now until I'm due in March?

I'd say wait and give your body time. I started leaking at 25 weeks with my last pregnancy. Some women don't until further along. Give your body a chance to do what it's supposed to, before you start taking supplements.

I don't know about taking anything before the baby comes but what helped me after the baby was lots of fluids, sesame seeds, feeding the baby then pumping out the rest and continuing to pump a couple of mins after milk stops to signal to the body that more milk is needed. I breastfed for 15 months.
