So I go in to see my doctor Tuesday and I will be 13 weeks and 5 days. So you think it's possible that I find out the gender that soon.?

You can find out through a blood test with 100% accuracy, as far as ultrasounds go will have to wait a couple more weeks for it to be accurate. I found out at 15 weeks with an ultrasound.

13 weeks is a bit too early still.. We found out at 15+1 that we are having twin girls. It was confirmed at our 21 week ultrasound on Wednesday.

Unless you the blood test that's is not covered by insurance, then no. At 13 weeks, a babies junk is not developed enough to give an accurate reading of what the baby's gender is. A lot of people are told one and th baby ends up being the other.
You might get a good reading at 16-18 (16 is pushing it). It's hard but I just waited for my 20 week anatomy scan.
Also, most insurance companies only cover 2-3 ultrasounds unless you're considered high risk or having multiples. A lot of women can't wait and pay for one lot of pocket, but that's up to you.
