Fast food during pregnancy??

What's your guys input on fast food, pop, junk etc. while pregnant?

In moderation it's fine. I have had days where nothing sounds food except a chicken sandwich from Wendy's so that's what I would eat. But eating is more important than not. And there are also days where I wanted nothing but fruit. And days where eating was easy so a rounded diet of protein and fruits and veggies was my jam. As long as you eat,i ndulge lightly, try to maintain a decent flow of all the food groups you are fine.
