Hey guys so I am 17 years old and in this year my boyfriend and I decided that we are ready for sex. We prayed about it a lot and talked about it for we are both very religious people- but we do have some opinions about the whole "no sex before marrige" thing.

Anyways, we are happy and we have safe sex etc etc. We love eachother very much but we're obviously not trying to get pregnant at this stage.

The last time had intercourse was 10 days ago and my period is 11 days late.

I did a home pregnancy test and it showed negative. Is that perhaps because I did not wait two weeks at least? The condom did break, but he did not cum in me.

Also; no sure signs of pregnancy except these last few days. I've been having such weird cravings and hectic mood swings. Also certain things put me off- I wanted to eat fries the other day but couldn't because to me it tasted and smelled like fish but my boyfriend said it was fine. Two days ago I also had quite a vivid dream about getting pregnant and having a baby- it was a happy dream but still.

Although my periods are irregular sometimes, I've never missed one.

Should I be worried? About a month ago I've been extremely sick for like two weeks& after I recoverd, I began exercising álot& real hard- could that be a reason for the delayed period?
