How long does pre-cum and sperm stay on the penis like if me and my boyfriend were to have sex one night but he masturbated earlier will there be a chance of sperm or pre-cum still on his penis and would there be a chance of me getting pregnant?

If he masturbated earlier then he needs to go pee before you guys have unprotected sex. Peeing doesnt kill sperm it just reduces the risk of you getting pregnant, but that doesnt mean you cant. Sperm usually lives up to 5 days in the vagina so i would suggest just use a condom.
