Wondering if anyone has had any trouble urinating after being Catheterized due to an epidural for a vaginal delivery. My little guy is 3 weeks old and at first I was peeing blood/blood clots with trouble going. Now, it feels like I have to push so hard to be able to urinate, no more blood but then it feels sore after pushing to go. Is this normal? Anyone else had this? Also, he was 6,5, had a very small tear but at my 2 week checkup the Dr. said it was healing great & even released us for intercourse if I was ready. I've had labs and a renal ultrasound & everything came back fine, am now referred to a urologist. HELP!
