Measuring 5 wks ahead?😕

Had a good Dr visit today I'm 20w 2d and measuring 25 wks??? Is it common to measure this far ahead this early?

I have a twin pregnancy book that says it's pretty standard to measure 6-8 weeks ahead with multiples! I wouldn't be too worried...I was measuring 5 ahead as well last time and when I asked my doc at the end of this would I look 45 weeks, and she just smiled and said "yep"

Are you pregnant with multiples? If so yes but also can happen with singletons
