Twinges in Both Ovaries Post Ovulation?

Question

Hey ladies, I am having twinges here and there in both ovaries (not at the same time).  I'm 5DPO and I'm not sure if this is normal or just gas or what. 😩

Also, this is my first ovulation since a D&C, not sure if that makes a difference.

Im wondering about this too... Some hve said this results in the rupture of two mature eggs releasing from each ovary. Thus leaving a cyst to form which causes the twinges and pain. If this is true and both eggs are fertilized it could result in twins.

I just read this online i have no idea if its true. I am not a doctor 🙌
