AMH and follicular count

I'm 30yrs old and was just told I have a AMH count of 0.4 and 7 follicles. DH has decreased motility and morphology. RE said to try clomid and IUI this cycle. Am I wasting my time or should I go straight to IVF?  I feel lost and hopeless right now. Anyone in the same boat, have advice or stories of hope!? Thank you
