Any other mommas look at your beautiful baby and think "That came out of my what?!?!" I can't even believe my body went through such an amazing thing! We women are PHENOMENAL creatures! Our bodies push a 5-10lb being out of a very small hole, and we live through it!! Some of us get up and return to normal right away, some take longer to recover fully, but our bodies figure out how to get (close) to normal, WHILE also figuring out how to feed and sustain the life of another being. I can't stop looking at my new daughter, trying to picture just how her tiny body came out of mine, I can't believe I did it. I'm so proud of myself.
